At ZENTS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your mindful beauty products. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer easy returns or exchanges on unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.
Pack Your Items
Carefully pack your unused products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our studio.
Receive Your Refund
After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
